Standard Return Policy
- Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt by the customer.

Condition of Jewelry: Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned jewelry.
- Jewelry showing any damage, wear, or tear is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Custom Jewelry Orders: Custom orders are neither refundable nor returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects that are beyond repair.
Return Requirements

Return Request: Customers must submit a return request via email at info@aurovaJewels.com, including:
- Purchase order invoice number.
- Item number from the invoice.
- Reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once a return is authorized, the customer will receive a return authorization email.
- The item must be shipped back to us within 2-3 days of receiving the return authorization.
Return Shipping Guidelines
- Insurance: All return shipments must be fully insured by the customer.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipment charges.
- Inspection: Any signs of tampering with gemstones or altering the metal will void the return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Jewelry with alterations, damaged gemstones, or modified metals will not be accepted.
Exceptions
- Manufacturing defects (that are beyond repair) will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
