At Aurova Jewels, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. Below is an overview of our shipping policies:


1. Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: We offer FedEx Ground or USPS Ground Economy Saver as our standard shipping methods for domestic orders. Delivery times vary from 3 to 21 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and your geographical location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Customers have the option to select Overnight or Next Day Shipping for faster delivery.
  • Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for paying the full shipping cost, including the insurance premium for the full value of the merchandise.
  • Shipping Time: Merchandise is generally shipped within 24 hours of order checkout. However, delivery times may vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination.
  • Delivery Receipt: A signature is required upon delivery from the customer whose payment method was used for the order. No exceptions will be made.
  • High-Value Shipments: High-value shipments will not be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for these orders.
  • Complete Address: All shipping addresses must be complete, including apartment or suite numbers if the address is in a multi-dwelling building or office complex. We cannot ship to incomplete addresses.

2. Free Shipping

  • Promotional Free Shipping: Free shipping is available as part of a promotional offer and is subject to termination at the end of the promotion. Free shipping is a privilege, not a right, and can be discontinued at any time.

3. Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, do not open the package. Instead, immediately take a video of the package from all sides. If a video is not possible, photos are acceptable.
  • Please email the video or photos, along with an explanation, to info@aurovaJewels.com. We will then work with the courier company to claim insurance for the damage.

4. International Shipping

  • Shipping Methods: We offer Express Saver shipping through FedEx or DHL for international orders.
  • Customs Duties & Clearance: Customers are responsible for customs clearance and payment of any customs duties or taxes required by their country. No exceptions will be made in this regard.

5. Additional Information

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, shipping times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or customs processing.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Aurova Jewels is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect address information.
